3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the delivery address provided by you is incomplete or incorrect, we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries. Please ensure the details are accurate.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Report the issue with photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund based on the case.
